MAKE A MILLION USD WITH THE SOURCE THAILAND (1): it is a tough time for business in thailand: the world wide economic turndown on one side and the never ending political crisis in the kingdom does not really attract foreign investors. big investments are put on hold or totally cancelled, the remaining ones will rather be realised in malaysia, cambodia or other countries which have laws attracting foreign investment more than thailand. with this background we would not have the slightest chance to ever realize THE SOURCE THAILAND if we would set it up as a business. but, to make it clear for once and all, THE SOURCE is not a business. it is a non profit organisation, a foundation. the investment is not an investment which is intended to ever pay a return of investment in cash; this is an investment in the future of our planet, to protect and preserve some of the most beautiful pieces of nature i have found and as such grant the basic to directly improve the health and consciousness of everybody who will be blessed to live or seak healing there, and in the next step, through networking, spread the improved knowledge all over the world, allowing significantly to improve treatments which will allow to CURE the big diseases of our time. of course we will generate income. as you have seen on the page THE DEPARTMENTS, several of our departments will be run as a profit centre. this will allow us to achieve a balanced result after 3 years of operation. big additional investments, however, will always be realised through donations. so the question is: where does the initial investment come from? and this is where we need your help. and this is why we pay you 1 million USD if you are successful. as I was writing earlier, it is essential for the success of the project that funding and initial support is granted by ideally only one person (or family or company), as this is the only way to work efficiently. if we try to find 50 investors and bring them together the project will, as mentioned, never become more than paper. i have seen many good projects fail because there were too many shareholders involved. what we need is only ONE person (or very small group) who is able to grant the initial funds. realisticly we are talking about around 100 million USD, for the purchase of the land, construction and operation during the first three years. this is for the best option we aim to go for - for the most "budget" version we need at least 40 million USD. there are a few thousand billionaires out there, some of them very nice and conscious guys - i have the pleasure to know some of them. we need only ONE, the one who will love this project and "adopt it as his child". the one who is experiencing a "resonance" with this project.
